The Enugu State governoship candidate under the platform of All Progressive Congress, Uchenna Nnaji, has said that the current crisis rocking the party in the State is predicted on the campaign money to be given to the State by the party’s presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu.
Uchenna Nnaji spoke at an emergency stakeholders meeting which was held at the South-East zone office of APC, stating that if the anticipated proposed campaign fund from the National Leader and presidential candidate of APC, Bola Tinubu, would be a source of destabilisation of the party in the State, the fund should be withheld.
He said that the stakeholders of the party are currently fighting against themselves over who will be in charge of the anticipated Bola Tinubu’s campaign money. This is as he said that he doesn’t need Bola Tinubu’s campaign money, stressing that it will worsen the crisis rocking the party. He said that by the special Grace of God, they will use Enugu APC resources to prosecute the 2023 election.
