Chelsea have announced that Brighton and Hove Albion, Manager, Graham Potter has been appointed as the club’s new Coach and he will replace Thomas Tuchel in the dugout at Stamford Bridge.
Potter becomes Chelsea’s third Manager in the last two years and the first ever to be appointed by Chelsea’s new owners, Todd Boehly and his Consortium.
The Englishman will go straight to work as he begins to prepare Chelsea for their upcoming games which starts at Fulham in the EPL this weekend. Potter has his own philosophy and there are 4 Players currently at Chelsea that will really benefit from his presence at the club right now.

Graham Potter is has an Attacking football based philosophy that favours wingers. Sterling is a winger and unarguably the biggest one currently at Chelsea. With Potter coming in, Sterling will benefit from his guidance especially with the fact he is his compatriot too.
2. Mason Mount.
Just like Sterling, Potter also plays with a system that brings out the best from his Midfielders and a Player like Mason Mount who has not had the best of start to the current season will really benefit from Potter’s coaching and style of play
3. Reece James
Graham Potter plays a similar formation as Thomas Tuchel and he will definitely be using Reece James a lot in executing his tactics hence why the Player will enjoy under the new Chelsea Manager.
4. Marc Cucurella
Cucurella has done well so far Chelsea but he has not hit the same levels he did at Brighton last season. His former Coach is now at Chelsea and the Spaniard will undoubtedly be the most happy Player seeing that Potter is now his Manager yet again.
