2. Blinking.

This is an eye exercise done when you are focused on a computer screen. You will try to blink at your normal rate when you start noticing dry eyes.

3. Palms for relaxation. 

In this eye exercise you will use your palms to relax your eyes. You will cover your eyes with your palms gently without applying pressure on your eyes. Do this for about 30 seconds.

4. Roll your eyes. 

This eye exercise is done by rolling your eyes left, right, up and down several times without altering the position of your head.

5. Near and far. 

In this eye exercise you will use your two thumbs. You will place one close to your face and the other far away from your face. You will then try to focus on both of them.
