Fructose

The fourth food you should avoid is soda drinks. This is because soda drinks contain artificial sweeteners. Also, soda drinks can make you crave more junk food thus making you gain more belly fat.

Last but not least are alcoholic drinks. If you drink alcohol regularly you are more likely to have belly fat. Alcohol put heavy pressure on the liver because it has to break alcohol into smaller particles before detoxifying it.
