Ahmed Tinubu Should Tell Us The Name Of His mathematics Teacher, Headmaster, Some Classmates – Mahdi Shehu

Mahdi Shehu, the chairman of the Nigeria dialogue group, took a swipe at the 2023 presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress, Ahmed Tinubu, by questioning him to let Nigerians know about the names of his elementary school teachers.

Ahead of the 2023 election, many of the presidential candidates of the major parties have been facing numerous criticisms from individuals and groups. For some period of time, there have been controversies about the educational background of Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressive Congress, as some people had asked him to present the certificate of his elementary school.

In light of this, Mahdi Shehu stated during an interactive session on APC leadership and campaign with Arise TV that Ahmed Tinubu did well as the former governor of Lagos State, but Nigerians want to know who he was before becoming governor. He noted that Ahmed Tinubu should allow Nigerians to know more about his family and educational background, which at least should include the primary and secondary schools he attended.

He noted that since Ahmed Tinubu claimed to be a good mathematics student back then in school, he should endeavour to let Nigerians know the names of his mathematics teacher, his school headmaster, some of his classmates, and the names of some other teachers he could remember.
