The flag bearer of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Atiku Abubakar, has urged the Presidential flag bearer of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, to stop blaming President Mohammadu Buhari for his political woes.
Recently Tinubu had alleged plans of the opposition to scuttle his chances of winning in the 2023 general elections through a fuel scarcity and naira redesign.
The Special Assistant, Public Communication to Atiku, Phrank Shaibu, in a statement made available newsmen, on Wednesday, in Abuja, said that Tinubu’s claims were signs of frustration, particularly on his inability to stop the cashless policy and currency redesign of the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, as that would go a long way ib curbing vote buying and enhance the credibility of next month’s election.
