Olawale Olofooro, a.k.a. Brymo, a Nigerian artist, has claimed that he is not apologetic for his remarks on the likelihood of an easterner becoming president of the nation.
Due to the movement for Biafra, the musician has drawn criticism for saying that an Igbo presidency would simply be a “pipe dream.”
An Igbo president will remain a pipe dream as long as prominent Igbolandians continue to discuss Biafra, Brymo tweeted.
The musician, who backs Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress for president, also said it was not “prudent” to endorse Peter Obi, an Igbo man running for president of the Labour Party.
