Julian Nagelsmann was born on 23rd July 1987, he is a German professional football manager and former football player who is the head coach of Bayern Munich. On 27 April 2021, Bayern Munich appointed Nagelsmann as head coach on a five-year deal, effective from 1st July 2021, replacing Hansi Flick for a world record managerial transfer fee of €25 Million. Nagelsmann’s first competitive match was a 1-1 draw against Borussia Monchengladbach in the Bundesliga. On 12th April 2022, Nagelsmann and his team were knocked out of the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals, 2–1 on aggregate by Villarreal. On 23 April 2022, he won his second title, his first Bundesliga title, with three matches to spare.
