Debate ensues on Twitter after lady turned down a man just because he wasn’t romantic

Nigerians on Twitter are currently in a debate after a lady revealed she turned down a man just because he wasn’t romantic.

Twitter user @FluffyFaith_ said a man who was showing interest in her asked that they meet. She was however shocked when the man refused to make an effort to plan the date.

”Someone that recently showed interest in me said he wanted to see me. I asked him to plan a date and give me the necessary details. His response? “Lol wrongest person”.

I just made it clear to him that I like romantic men and effort means a lot to me and if doing little things like planning a first date is a problem for him then there’s no point meeting. We’re not compatible

I’m literally done with managing men. I like romantic men and that’s what I want for myself going forward. There’s literally no room for nonchalance and mediocrity in my life anymore. You either come correct or leave me alone and find someone else.
