Bashir El-Rufai, the son of Kaduna State governor, Nasir El-Rufai, while reacting to a statement issued by a well known Nigerian human right activist and social commentator, Adeyanju Deji in which he (Deji) said that governor Nasir El-Rufai has successfully banned Obidients from doing a rally in Kaduna State has recalled how Peter Gregory Obi locked his father in an Anambra hotel and restricted his movement.

Reacting to this statement, Bashir El-Rufai made it known that the former governor of Anambra State and Presidential candidate of the Labour Party, LP, Peter Gregory Obi in the year 2014 during the campaign season locked his father, governor Nasir El-Rufai in an Anambra hotel and restricted his movement.

According to Bashir El-Rufai, he said, “During Campaign season in 2014, Obi locked El-Rufai in an Anambra hotel, and restricted his movement, he is a saint today”.
