To tackle food insecurity, we must encourage farming. However, this can’t happen until we:
– Reclaim farm lands taken over by foreign cattle herdsmen
– Secure our farmlands, forests, and roads
Kidnapping has shifted from cities to highways and forests, indicating the need for local security solutions.
The government of Sen. Monday Okpebholo will:
– Collaborate with existing security establishments
– Invest massively in local security (Vigilante) and hunters
– Empower local communities to take ownership of their security
Our comprehensive security agenda includes:
– Farm land security and protection
– Highway and road security
– Forest and border security
– Community policing and engagement
– Support for local security initiatives
