On Friday, Instagram was thrown into celebration as Nigerian gospel artiste, Rejoice Iwueze took to the social media platform to share the goodnews of her engagement to her fiance.
You may remember the name Rejoice Iwueze from the talented Nigerian gospel kids crew, ‘Destiny Kids’ famous some years back. The kids gospel crew was a family thing of the Iwuezes which had only the children of the family in the crew.
The ‘Destiny Kids’ were indeed a force to be reckoned with back then and their songs were on the lips of every Nigerian child and even adults too.
They were known for their inspirational songs and since no crew like that had been recorded before, they were able to garner fame massively within and outside the country. Although, the crew unfortunately lost its fame as the kids became older.
Years later, the ‘Destiny Kids’ have grown up so much and are all doing incredibly well in their individual lives and career.
Rejoice Iwueze, obviously not that little girl anymore, threw Instagram into celebration when she announced her engagement to her husband-to-be. The music star took to her Instagram page to share adorable pre-wedding pictures of herself and fiance, Temitayo Samuel.
Rejoice serenaded her soon-to-be husband with adorable words while announcing her engagement. She wrote, “You Brighten My World In Million Ways and I’m Blessed To Call You “MINE”. I Said “YES” To Forever.”
Several reactions trailed the post from fans, followers and well wishers. They showered her with congratulatory messages and blessed her union. Congratulations to her!
