The Nigerian Minister of Education identified as Adamu Adamu has revealed that the Nigerian president, Muhammadu Buhari feels bad about the ongoing Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU).
He disclosed that the president of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari is not trying to disclose how he feels or let his mode get in the way of his decisions.
President Muhammadu Buhari has made outstanding progress in the Nigerian Educational system and he has ensured that everyone has higher chances of getting access to education unlike any other administration in the country, Adamu Adamu said during an interview with Channels Television.
Fellow Nigerians, as the Minister of Education, I will do everything I can to ensure that the lingering strike by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) is called off.
I will meet the president of ASUU and it will not be a social visit but a continuation of what we have been doing before. I can’t explain the weight and pressure on my shoulder but I will do the best I can, the Minister of Education revealed.
