If Nigerians Understand History, They’ll Know Queen Elizabeth Deserve Their Appreciation-Adamu Garba

A few hours ago, a well known Nigerian politician and former Presidential aspirant under the ruling All Progressive Congress, APC, Adamu Garba while sharing on his official Twitter page has addressed some Nigerians who seems to believe that Africans should not mourn the death of Queen Elizabeth.

According to reports calculating around the social media platforms, Queen Elizabeth has passed away on Thursday at the age of 96 after 70 years on the throne.

Following her death, tributes poured in from across the world, as many people, including Nigerians, took to the social media platforms to express their grief over her death.

However, some Nigerians seems to have bitter and uncomplimentary remarks against Queen Elizabeth as they believe that Queen Elizabeth does not deserve their condolences.

Reacting to these claims, the active member of the ruling party, Adamu Garba made it known that most Nigerians lack lessons of history except moonlight storytelling, adding that if actually they do understand history, they would have known that Queen Elizabeth and Lady Flora Shaw Lugard deserves their unceasing appreciation.
