INEC Official Heard Telling Voters That Results Will Not Be Transmitted Electronically At Aguda In Surulere.

After the highly disputed presidential election which took place about three week ago, the electoral umpire, INEC, promised that, subsequent elections particularly, the house of Assemblies and governorship elections result would be transmitted through electronic means using BIVAS.
