Just In: Kidnappers On Ugoneki Road Dislodged, Two Gunned Down And One Police Casualty Recorded.

According to sources close to TrendyNews, Police men from Anti kidnap unit in collaboration with vigilante and Army personnel, engaged kidnappers in the Bush at Eguaholor Isi forest last night. At the end of the exercise, many kidnappers were feared dead and two policemen were said to have been missing. Meanwhile, bush combing is on going.

STOP PRESS : The two missing police officers at Ugoneki forest, according to dependable sources, have been found.

Recall that, during yesterday gun battle with the Ogoneki road kidnappers, two police officers were reported to have been missing. However, though they have been found, but, unfortunately, the DSP who led the operation, was said to have died in a swamp, while the other one is safe and sound.
