Top ranking Nigerian international, Kingsley Eduwo, continued his impressive goal scoring form for Kuwaiti based side,Al-Arabi Sporting Club, as he scored his side only goal in their disappointing (1-2) defeat against Omani professional football club side, Al-Seeb Club in the prestigious AFC Cup.
Aiming for qualification through play-offs, Eduwo and his, Al-Arabi Sporting Club side were fired up for a miracle when they trade tackles with, Omani professional football club side, Al-Seeb Club.
As Al-Arabi Sporting Club hoped for redemption against, Al-Seeb Club, Al-Seeb Club hoped as well to wreck havoc and secure a place when they face their Kuwaiti based outfit, Al-Arabi Sporting Club.
The keenly contested fixture lived up to it’s billing with the two sides showing off the best of football artistry in the first half with no goals recorded
Second Half as well recorded no goals which stretched the game into extra-time.
The extra-time play had, Al-Seeb Club grabbing (2) quick goals to establish a lead which already looked promising.
Rampaging Al-Arabi Sporting Club and Nigerian international, Kingsley Eduwo, gave his side a lifeline with a goal but wasn’t enough to avert looming defeat.
