Liverpool lost 4-1 to Napoli earlier tonight, and if not for a consolation from Luis Diaz it could have been a joint record defeat the ‘Kops’ would have suffered in Europe since the appointment of Jurgen Klopp. Earlier today, we received information of the brutal sacking of Thomas Tuchel by the Chelsea board, and this situation spurred a reporter to ask Jurgen Klopp if he was worried he could get sacked the following day and in similar fashion.
Klopp however played down the situation claiming that it was not the case, as his owners had full belief and trust in him to turn their situation around. Of course Liverpool have had a poor start to the season and are currently 7th on the premier league table, but they are sure of bouncing back in all competitions as long as their manager is still the special tactician Jurgen Klopp. He has shown them in recent years why he is an elite manager, and he would show them yet again this season.
