Nigerian youngster Folarin Balogun continues his impressive goal scoring form for Reims football club on Sunday, as he scored a classic goal in their hard-fought 1-1 draw against Lens FC.
The Arsenal Hale Academy product has been scoring goals for fun since the beginning of the season, and he was able to score again on Sunday.
The Nigerian star started in his team’s attack alongside Junya Ito and Alexis Flips and he was able to outshine his mates on the pitch, as he scored his team’s only goal of the game.
Both teams efforts to score in the first half of the game were not successful, as the first half ended in a goalless draw.
Folarin Balogun opened scoring for Reims football club in the 71st minute before Lois Openda equalized for the away team in the 82nd minute to end the match in no victor, no vanquished.

The goal against Lens FC has now marked his 5th goal of the season, and is currently the third highest goal scorer in French Ligue 1 this season, behind Kylian Mbappe and Neymar Junior (7 goals each).
Only Neymar Junior and Kylian Mbappé (both 7) have scored more French Ligue 1 goals this season than Nigerian youngster Folarin Balogun (5).
