Nigeria’s educational system broken as every other sector – Atiku

Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has criticized the status of Nigeria‘s educational system at the moment.

In a tweet, Atiku exposed himself while making a joke about the 2022 International Literacy Day.

Unfortunately, our education system is just as flawed as every other aspect of our national life, according to the tweet.

“There is a connection between literacy and development, but our current literacy level is insufficient to support the desired degree of growth.

He tweeted, “To this purpose, I plan a reform and significant investment in education.”

The presidential candidate promised that, while in office, and working with state governments, more emphasis will be placed on early education that ensures children can read and write.

The subject for the 2022 International Literacy Day, according to the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization, is “Transforming Literacy Learning Spaces.”

According to UNESCO, the theme aims to provide people the chance to reconsider the basic significance of literacy learning environments for fostering resilience and ensuring high-quality, equitable, and inclusive education for all.
