PDP Crisis: The advisory position that was given to South yesterday is to insult us- Wike says

In a news article that was published by the Vanguard Newspaper Online this morning it was reported that the governor of Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike, has further reacted, after Walid Jibrin, resigned as the chairman of the PDP’s Board of Trustees.
While Wike was talking yesterday, he said that the BoT chairmanship position, which was given to the South after Jibrin resigned yesterday is an insult to the South.
He said, “What advisory position is he going to give us ? That is to insult us. And all of us are here. Our people are there, not knowing what is happening. You think it is Wike ? It is you.”
Further talking, Wike said, the president and the party’s chairman are the ones to make decisions for the party and for other matters but, BoT chairmanship position is just an advisory position and not a decision making position.
He claimed that two northerners cannot be making decisions while a southerner will just be serving as an adviser.
