Report: Cristiano Ronaldo never created any problems at Manchester United

[ad_1]

On his YouTube channel, Fabrizio Romano asserted that Cristiano Ronaldo never caused any issues in the Manchester United locker room.

The 37-year-old made his Premier League debut against Brentford as a starter, but he has since come off the bench in the last four games.

He made an impression with his recent substitute appearances against Leicester City and Arsenal. What cannot be stated, though, is that his performance on Thursday, when he started the Europa League game against Real Sociedad, was magnificent.

As his team suffered a 1-0 defeat at Old Trafford, the attacker appeared off the pace and at least four times was called for being offside.

Rumors have claimed that Ronaldo doesn’t get along well with his teammates or the Dutch manager.

Romano, though, referred to them as “the largest fake news” and insisted that he has never caused any issues in the changing room.

The well-known writer acknowledged that the former Real Madrid player is pushing to be an everyday starter at Old Trafford despite being unhappy about sitting out the last four league games.

Ronaldo has been adamant about leaving the Red Devils this summer to play in the Champions League. However, a number of elite European teams turned down the chance to sign him.

The seasoned forward was extensively linked with a move to Chelsea, but finally decided to stay at United.

Romano claims that Thomas Tuchel made it quite plain that the Portugal international was not wanted at Stamford Bridge.

Graham Potter has recently been named as the team’s new head coach, following the recent dismissal of the German manager.
