Russia President, Vladimir Putin is said to be attending the formal ceremony of the annexation of the four Ukrainian regions in Moscow.
Putin has pronounced that, the four Russian-occupied regions – Donetsk, Kherson, Luhansk and Zaporizhzhia will officially become part of the Russian Federation today.
