UNCOMMON PHILANTHROPY: SEN. STELLA ODUAH VISITS OBICHUKWU BELONWU, DONATES TO HIS HEALTH CARE, AWARDS SCHOLARSHIP TO HIS TWO SONS AND APPROVES THE CONSTRUCTION OF TWO BEDROOM FLAT.

Mr. Obichukwu Belonwu of Ohita Community, Ogbaru Local Government Area is the latest beneficiary of the litany of beneficiaries of the humanitarian gesture of Distinguished Senator Princess Stella Oduah as she donates to his health care, awards scholarship to his two sons and approves the construction of a two bedroom flat for his family.

Mr. Obichukwu who sustained a spinal cord injury in 2012, when he was involved in a fatal bike accident a decade ago, has been bedridden after undergoing series of surgeries.

The said Obichukwu who lost his marriage to this ugly incident, also lost his mother who couldn’t bear the pain of seeing her only son totally incapacitated.

The Distinguished Senator moved by compassion after hearing the story of OBICHUKWU, was on friday the 18th day of February, 2022, at the COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH CENTER ATANI, where he is receiving treatment.

According to OBICHUKWU, his treatment has been completed and has been trapped in the hospital because his father has no house to relocate him to, he also said his two sons are now at the motherless babies home, since their mother, his wife, left after the unfortunate situation.

In a very sober mood, the DISTINGUISHED Senator, encouraged OBICHUKWU that there is hope and moved by her unquantifiable kindness, OMUEZE donated to his health care and also approved the construction of a new flat for the family whilst awarding scholarships to his two sons.

Mr. OBICHUKWU BELONWU’S hope was rekindled and indeed, has a new lease of life.
