University of Lagos has appointed her first female vice chancellor in 60 years. A professor of clinical microbiology, Folasade Ogunsola has emerged as the vice-chancellor of the University of Lagos (UNILAG).
Her appointment, was announced on Friday by the UNILAG governing council, making her the first female vice-chancellor of the school ever and the 13th vice-chancellor of UNILAG.
