In this video report, here is a Nigerian police officer on duty. That is not the news. Statutorily, police officers have duties to render by virtue of their calling. The news is that, this particular officer is heavily drunk on duty to a point that, he hardly knows where he is.

To stand up, he did it with an effort. To get the cartridges of his smoke gun off his pocket, took quite a while. Response to the simple question posed to him, met with silence. Yet, this guy was on duty and this drunk!
