Super Eagles of Nigeria star Kelechi Iheanacho is currently trending on Twitter, following his outstanding performance for Leicester City football club in their 5-2 defeat against Brighton and Hove Albion football club on Sunday evening.
The Nigerian international was given a surprise starting role by coach Brendan Rodgers, and he was able to score one of his team’s two goals of the game.
Kelechi Iheanacho started in Leicester City’s attack alongside Patson Daka and Harvey Barnes and the trio were superb in the game.
Goals from Moises Caicedo, Leonardo Trossard, a brace from Argentina national team star Alexis Mac Allister and an own goal from Luke Thomas gave Brighton and Hove Albion football club a remarkable victory, despite the fact that Kelechi Iheanacho and Patson Daka scored for Leicester City football club.
Kelechi Iheanacho’s goal against Brighton and Hove Albion football club was scored in just 52 seconds, and that is the fastest goal of the season in the English Premier League.
Kelechi Iheanacho was exceptional for Leicester City football club in his first start of the 2022/2023 season, and he was able to score a fine goal for the club.
