Yoruba People Were Sidelined All Through Goodluck Jonathan’s Administration – Dare Adeleke Claims

According to Mr. Dare Adeleke, a Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chief, the South West geopolitical region was not supported by the former president Goodluck Jonathan’s administration.
Adeleke stated that the Peoples Democratic Party is attempting to avoid the same error that occurred during the administration of Goodluck Jonathan in an exclusive interview with Nigerian Tribune Newspaper about the internal issue inside the party.
According to him, Yoruba were sidelined all through Dr Goodluck Jonathan’s term.
He told Nigerian Tribune Newspaper, “We observed the situation during the administration of Dr Jonathan where the Yoruba were marginalized throughout.”
He continued by saying that whereas the Yoruba only received the job of chief of staff, other regions received all the key roles.
He continued, “We only got a little job; we got chief of staff.
Dare even said that the People Democratic Party Chairman must resign in order for there to be equity.
