A Chieftain of the All Progressive Congress, Olutoyin Ayinde, has described the ongoing argument between the Chieftains of APC in Lagos State over the contributions of Bola Tinubu to the economic development of the State, as “immature”.
Olutoyin Ayinde said this when he was reacting to the heated disagreement between two Lagos State APC Chieftains over the achievements of the National Leader and presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress, Bola Tinubu, in Lagos State when he was the Governor of the State.
Recall that in an exclusive interview on Wednesday, two Lagos APC Chieftains, Wole Badmus and Babatunde Bank-Anthony, had engaged in a heated argument over the former Governor that developed Lagos State. Wole Badmus said that Bola Tinubu personally transformed Lagos State to be what it is today, but Bank-Anthony disagreed, said that Wole Badmus should stop lying and deceiving Nigerians because Bola Tinubu didn’t develop Lagos, but his successors Akinwunmi Ambode and Babatunde Fashola were the ones that did most of the development, so Bola Tinubu can’t claim glory for the achievements of his successors.
However, reacting to the arguments, Olutoyin Ayinde said that Chieftains engaging is such heated argument have shifted their attention away from the party’s priority and are showing their immaturity.
