Laila Charani, the estranged wife of Nigerian lawyer and politician, Ned Nwoko, has taken to her Instagram page to tender an apology to Ned Nwoko and his family. 

This is coming 9 months after Laila publicly announced that she had gotten divorced. 

Laila posted a family picture including herself, Ned and their children on her Instagram page. She then apologized via the caption.

In her caption, she said that the apology is directed at Ned Nwoko and his entire family. 

She admitted that she made some mistakes that were not intentional.

“I listened too much to outsiders, and I have decided to apologize to my husband and other members of the family. I want peace and progress in the family.” Laila wrote.

Recall that Laila made a post on her page 9 months ago saying that no one has the right to talk about her relationship as she has been divorced.

She added that there is nothing between her and Ned Nwoko anymore, and anyone who had followed her because of Ned Nwoko can simply unfollow her as they were not together anymore.
