The Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC) has commenced a protest against the prevailing hardship in the country.
This action comes after the NLC, alongside the Trade Union Congress, issued a 14-day nationwide strike notice to the Federal Government on February 8.
The notice was prompted by the government’s failure to implement agreements reached on October 2, particularly concerning the removal of fuel subsidy.
Members of the NLC were seen protesting at the Computer Village area of Ikeja, Lagos State, demonstrating their discontent with the current situation.
