Arsenal Forward Set To Miss Tomorrow’s Europa League Game After Failing To Train Today

[ad_1]

Arsenal are set to miss one of their strong attackers going into tomorrow’s game at Zurich, their first European game in one year. Mikel Arteta was looking to rotate his team for this game so he could have his stronger players rested for the premier league fixture against Everton this weekend.

Smith Rowe picked up an injury in Arsenal’s last game against Manchester United, and he failed to return to training today which has ultimately ruled him out from featuring tomorrow. This would mean that either Bukayo Saka or Gabriel Martinelli would be forced to replace him in the lineup tomorrow.Image

I also heard about Cedric Soares picking up an injury, leaving Arsenal very short in their squad options. This could prove costly in the month of October where Arsenal play 9 games in 20 days. Hopefully they pick up the win tomorrow and kick off their Europa League journey with a statement win.
