Edo State Primary Health Care Development Agency (EDSPHCD)’s New HR Consultant, Holds A Training For Staff.

In an inspiring turn of events, the Edo State Primary Health Care Development Agency (EDSPHCDA) welcomed a new Human Resource Consultant, Mr. Johnny Usifoh, who has embarked on a mission to not only enhance the Agency’s internal processes but also to empower its staff with a renewed sense of purpose and direction.

With a wealth of experience and a passion for growth, Mr. Usifoh recently led an enlightening training session on the 23rd of August, 2023 at the EOC Conference Room, Ezoti for the Agency’s employees on the topic *The Vision, Mission and Your Place in History* which ignited a wave of enthusiasm among the workforce.

While addressing the staff, the HR Consultant turned the spotlight on the core principles that guide EDSPHCDA’s existence. He elaborated on the Agency’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values, stressing their significance in shaping the Agency’s actions and decisions. With an unwavering clarity, he conveyed the importance of aligning personal and collective efforts with these principles to create a harmonious and impactful working environment.

One of the focal points of the HR Consultant’s session was punctuality and personal responsibility. He emphasized that every individual’s actions contribute to the Agency’s narrative, and urged staff members to recognize their potential in shaping the story of EDSPHCDA. By adhering to punctuality and embracing personal responsibility, he underscored that every staff member possesses the power to drive positive change and elevate the Agency’s reputation.

Through a series of thought-provoking questions, Mr. Usifo prompted the staff to reflect on their role within the Agency and the legacy they wish to leave behind.

Deputy Director, Essential Drugs and Logistics, Pharmacist Valentine Eruaga, applauded the HR Consultant’s visionary approach and also commended the innovation that his presence has brought to the Agency.
