Victoria Garden City, VGC, residents are being systematically disenfranchised as INEC officials have refused to show up at the various designated polling units within highbrow residential facilities.

According to celebrity actress, Omoni Oboli, rather than INEC official come into the estate, where their duty posts are, they are asking the residents to come over to the highway where they could be subjected to the intimidation of thugs, that have been unleashed all over the city.
