Former forward, Daniel Amokachi was privileged to play for Nigeria for 9 years. Besides playing for the Super Eagles, he played for Club Brugge, Everton, and Besiktas before retiring in Nasarawa United.
In 1995, Amokachi got married to a Tunisian lady, Nadia, and they had twin boys named Nazim and Kalim. They were born in England in June 1996, while Dan was playing for. Everton. He shared photos of them and their mum to celebrate them on his Instagram page.
His wish for them is to have more joyful years ahead. Nazim currently plays for Nigerian club, Lobi Stars of Makurdi.
