Nollywood actress and former Big Brother Naija housemate, Lillian Agegbai, has said that she is waiting for God to send the right man her way before she gets married. She also narrated how a man with whom they’d been sharing mutual attraction stopped talking to her when he eventually found out that she was an actress.
According to her, the man is not a person and he knows what he wants, and because the guy left when he discovered that she was an actress doesn’t mean the profession is bad. She said God would answer her silent wishes and send the right person to her.

She said people should stop their unfair judgement against Nigerian actresses and instead continue to show them love. She also reacted to the perception of people in Nollywood as being able to achieve everything without the involvement of rich men. According to her, all was achieved as a result of their hard work and people’s perceptions towards this should be changed.
