Nigerian political analyst, professor Abiodun Adeniyi has disclosed that the youths are really showing that they will make their mark in the forthcoming 2023 election.
Speaking during an interview, professor Abiodun Adeniyi stressed that the Nigerian youths unlike before, are beginning to register in their voices in politics and that may be because they believe they can change things especially in the forthcoming general elections.
Professor Abiodun Adeniyi further stressed that if the independent national electoral commission exercises transparency, conducts free and fair elections in 2023, then the youths will surely make their mark. Adeniyi disclosed that with the introduction of the electronic transmission of election results at the polling units to INEC server, it will be difficult to rig the 2023 elections.
You will recall that the independent national electoral commission adopted the use of electronic transmission of results at the recently held Osun and Ekiti states’ governorship elections. Many Nigerians have hailed the commission for the brilliant innovation.
