Lobi Stars have set their sights on extending their lead at the top of the Group B log when they take on Sunshine Stars at the Akure Sports Complex on Sunday.
The Makurdi club were thrashed 3-0 by Bayelsa United last weekend.
Lobi Stars had a high pace training session supervised by head coach Mohammed Baba Ganaru at the McCarthy Stadium on Thursday night.
All the players took part in the training with no injury worries as they focused on the game against victory-seeking Sunshine Stars.
Lobi Stars lost 3-0 to Sunshine Stars in the same fixture last season.
The Pride of Benue will leave for Akure on Friday (today) for the game.
