According to goal.com, Daily Mail and BILD, Chelsea FC have taken some drastic decisions that directly affected the Team on and off the field of play. However, the results to expect in subsequent games could be challenging to Chelsea’s reputation and Honour.

Since the takeover of Chelsea FC from Roman Abrahamovic by the British Government, the new owners have been losing notable staffs, who could have easily contributed to the lifting of the Blues. The exit of Petr Cech and Marina Granovskaia their former sporting Director is currently adding salt to their injury as a Champions Team. Immediately after the exit of Marina, co-owner Todd Boehly was appointed the sporting Director at the expense of the Team because he’s the only one available for the job now with less experience in proffering solutions to the challenges or transfer issues the Club faces. His interest in signing some particular Players which are not Thomas Tuchel‘s kind, will be a threat or conflict of interest batween him and any coach in charge of the first Team. He certainly doesn’t have any proven records in the buying and selling of Players technically evaluated by his professional watch or competence. Chelsea is a top team that should never be subjected to trial and error.

The appointment of Graham Potter as the new Chelsea manager will shock many as the manager’s involvement in managerial roles for some Clubs hasn’t been too notched. Potter’s best management role seems to be with his experience at Brighton and Hove Albion. The new manager could be sound on paper for a job as Chelsea’s Gaffer but certainly not on the field because he has never managed any Top Team in previous years. Even his Swansea experience is nothing compared to the test he will see at Chelsea FC based on the high level tactical approach every other Big Teams will apply whenever they come Against them. There is no doubt that Potter will be learning with Chelsea’s job in order to achieve that managerial height that will certify him as one top manager that could handle a Team as Chelsea. Even as a Footballer, the 47 year old Manager never played for big Teams, the big stage fear alone can consume him especially if his Players refused to take his football dictates or directives based on their own experience as top footballers. Chelsea may struggle because there is nothing special about the new manager and getting results in football is way beyond playing only Politics in getting results.

All eyes is now on Chelsea FC because the big stages in football arena is basically for big names in football Management terrain which Graham Potter doesn’t belong yet.
