Gov Godwin Obaseki, is reported to have given Tony Kabaka a gift of cow for his yuletide celebration. The gesture is seen by many as an acceptance of the olive branch extended by Kabaka to Obaseki in a recent viral online video. In the video, Tony Kabaka went on his knees, to ask the Governor for forgiveness, which is diametrically different from the videos he made in the past about the Governor. However, some political pundits are of the opinion that the APC youth leader is trying to open a new political vista for himself. Whatever maybe his motive, his overture for peace and the Governor’s acceptance, ultimately is better for healthy politicking in Edo State, especially against the backdrop that, Tony Kabaka used to be a muscle for the All Progressive Congress in Edo State, during the Adams Oshiomole administration.
