Yesterday, the 5th of December, 2022, prospective voters in the upcoming elections visited INEC office at Festac town, Lagos to pick up their PVC.
They got a rude shock as they were told that, PVC collection would begin on 12th December.
Meanwhile, INEC staff there were busy copying PVC numbers & names to their phones. What could be the purpose for this? Pray election manipulation is not taking taking place already, even before the election!
