The spokesperson of Atiku Abubakar Campaign Organisation, Daniel Bwala has come out to dismiss the insinuations that Lagos State was developed by Asiwaju Tinubu.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with Rufai Oseni on Voice Of The People Fm Radio on Sunday, Bwala stated that Lagos State was actually developed and built during the military administration.
According to him it was Lateef Jakande that was responsible for the infrastructural development in Lagos before Asiwaju came to power in the state.
Daniel Bwala however said Asiwaju only succeeded in managing the area boys.
“Lagos had all the structures. Structures like seaport, airports Embassies etc even foreign investors were choosing Lagos because of the structures that were on ground. If you want to know the people that built Lagos, you talk about Lateef Jakande, the military administrator. The only striking thing nobody can take from Asiwaju Tinubu is that he managed the area boys.” Daniel Bwala claimed.
