Trending Video: A Sack Load Of PVC Found In A Gutter At Obiokpor LGA In Rivers State.

A sack load of unclaimed or otherwise of PVC, permanent Voters cards numbering hundreds have been discovered in a gutter at an estate in Portharcourt, Rivers State in South South Nigeria.

A man contracted to clear the drainage of debris, found the sack and consequently drew the attention of others to his strange findings.

Meanwhile, the majority of the cards in the said bag, belong to residents of Obiokpor local government area of Rivers State.
