The presidential flag bearer of the Labour Party, Ex-Gov. Peter Obi, took time off his busy presidential campaigns to meet with victims of flood disaster in one of the locations.
In a viral video, Peter Obi is seen in a wooden canoe wading through massively flooded community to empathize with victims, while they cheer him on.
