Wike Was Sure Of Winning The Primary Election, He Became Frustrated After He Lost – Emmanuel Ogidi

Top chieftains in the Peoples Democratic Party, have been trying to sort out the crisis between Wike and party leaders but unfortunately, there haven’t been any success so far.
A former National Vice Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) South-South, Emmanuel Ogidi, has finally revealed what he believes is the cause of the crisis.
Speaking earlier today, Ogidi stated that the Rivers State governor, became frustrated after he lost the presidential primaries. He maintained that Wike had worked hard and was sure of victory but unfortunately, it didn’t go according to plan.
He said: “You know, he was so sure he was going to win that primaries because he had dreamt of it and worked so hard, and he believed what he has for Nigeria and Nigerians was genuine. When he didn’t get it, frustration set in.”
Wike’s position ahead of the 2023 presidential election is still unknown. Having met with Peter Obi, Bola Tinubu and Atiku Abubakar, he’s yet to publicly declare support for either of them.
