If Iyorchia Ayu does not resign willingly as PDP national chairman, we will remove him- Dare Adeleke

According to a news that was published by the Nigerian Tribune Newspaper Online yesterday evening, it was reported that a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Mr Dare Adeleke, in an interview with a Tribune correspondent, has reacted to the ongoing crisis between Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, Governor Nyesom Wike and the National Chairman of the party, Senator Iyorchia Ayu.
While he was talking during the interview, he said that if Senator Iyorchia Ayu truly loves the Peoples Democratic Party and wants the party to win the forthcoming presidential election like he do claim then, he ought to have resigned willingly for peace to reign in the party without people pestering him to do so.
He said, “If Iyorchia Ayu doesn’t resign himself, we will remove him, we will send him out of that place. We were the ones who brought him there and we will remove him by ourselves. We brought Ayu there and nobody contested against him. It is not his father’s village for him to stay there saying he is the chief. It is our party.”
