NDLEA pledges to work with Tinubu’s vision towards ensuring ‘new Nigeria’

Bola Tinubu, the winner of the election, has been congratulated by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency.

This information was provided by Buba Marwa, the director-general of the NDLEA, in a statement released on Wednesday by Femi Babafemi, the agency’s spokeswoman.
Marwa promised to support Tinubu’s agenda to create a better economy in the statement she released shortly after Tinubu was named president-elect.

It was a well-deserved win that was the result of years of dedication, perseverance, hard work, and the political sagacity of a democrat whose reputation has been clear since the height of NADECO. We anticipate the realisation of the goals you set forth in your campaign manifesto for a brand-new Nigeria.

“Lagos, as a microcosm of Nigeria, is a testament to your capability to transform even the most challenging of situations. Your pragmatism since the days of your governorship in Lagos will now be called to greater challenges that Nigeria portrays.

“Your agenda, as outlined in your policy document, offers hope and assured future. And as we turn our attention from electioneering, Nigerians will be counting on you to bring your magic touch to bear and bring about a great improvement in the fortune of our great country. I do not doubt that you will meet the expectations of all,” the statement reads.
