The Chairman of the Edo State Chapter of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Col. David Imuse (retd), has declared that the party has a 100 percent chance of taking over the state in the next governorship election in 2024 (Punch).

Speaking recently in an interview on the chances of the party ahead of the next governorship poll, the APC Chairman argued that the party had fortified and was at the moment, well prepared and united to gain control of the state in 2024.

According to him; “I’m not talking about 60 to 70 percent chance, but a 100 percent chance of taking over the state (Edo). As it stands today, the APC is well prepared, fortified and united to take over the governance of Edo state”.
The APC Chairman who also argued that the failings of the Governor Godwin Obaseki’s government had Prepared the platform for the party to take over the state, went further to note that APC would only need to do little in 2024 to regain control of Edo state.
