EDO 24: Rev. Fr. Andrew Obinyan Takes His Message To The Leader of ‘Westerners Worldwide’ In America.

Amid several calls by several youths and students, Mr. Western Iyamu, Head, Western Global Foundation and Leader of Westerners Worldwide, who is based in the United States, gave Fr. Obinyan a warm welcome and they had a cozy discussion about politics and governance in Edo.
Western Iyamu thanked God that Fr. Obinyan did not allow himself to be swallowed up in personal greatness or exalt his own comfort over and above the conditions of the needy. “You rose up to serve others.You are unique and has been there for the people”, he posited.
Fr. Obinyan in his response, said: “this visit is refreshing, urging Iyamu to rejoice in his selfless service to the less privileged youths,” He went further to say that, helping others is an omen of godliness. I found joy powerful enough to support my firmly held belief about uplifting people . It is good to bring smiles to people with grimace or disgruntled facial expression” he concluded.
