Sen. Oluremi Tinubu, the wife of the presidential candidate of APC, said she will give voice to the voiceless if she becomes the country’s first lady in 2023.

She said this on Saturday in Abuja when she visited Karon-Majigi Ward of Gwarimpa and Yar Goje Community of Abuja Municipal Area Council to meet with widows, Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs), and people with special needs.

Gunmen suspected to be kidnappers have abducted a prominent traditional ruler in Imo state, Eze Jewel Ndenkwo.

The monarch, a Chief Executive Officer of series of businesses including Udekings Nigeria Limited, was kidnapped in front of one of his companies in Owerri, the state capital.

The victim who is the traditional ruler of Isiala Umudi Autonomous community in the Nkwerre Local Government Area of the state was abducted around 7pm on Friday at the high breed area of Owerri

Soludo in a press release by the state Commissioner for Information, Mr Paul Nwosu, said the duly recognised monarch of Awka Kingdom is Obi Gibson Nwosu.

There was commotion in Awka on Saturday morning, when a detachment of police and military men sealed the palace of Ndigwe who was billed to celebrate the community’s new yam festival.
